The Life and Times of a Monkey on a Mission
Motorcycle Mishaps or Homecoming Hindrances
The long drive home is never as exciting as the initial drive to your destination, or at least I thought. Albeit a sleepy adventure from my various vodka induced Minneapolis musings, I was ready to take on the road and head out to visit Chicago. The road however had a different plan for me that lead me away from my initial destination only to return a day later on the back of a tow truck. As I ...
Twin City Travels
While exploring Iowa City was exciting in a drunken stupor kind of way that only a college town can provide, I wanted to continue my travels the problem was after Iowa my plans ran out. This was that wing it point where I figured I'd stumble upon or just ride out and find my way along somewhere. I found myself going back and forth from Denver to the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul but unsu...
Field of Opportunities?
I found my way up to Iowa City, well okay actually I was staying in Coralville but whenever we ventured out to enjoy the town Iowa City was where it happened. I got to explore the university, help a friend move through bribes of beer and wine and enjoy a few visits to the Ped Mall which is not your ordinary mall. Who knew that after traveling through miles of corn you could stumble onto something ...
No Monkeying Around

Completely exposed to the elements with no distractions I kind of picture myself as a modern cowmonkey (Not sure if cowboy would apply and cowmonkey sounds like a weird genetics experiment gone wrong but you get the point)....
Jasper the Friendly City
After my exciting wet ride I finally made it to Jasper, Indiana. Now I know what you are thinking, why of all places did I pick this one? Well my fur less friend, I had the chance to visit a friend I haven't seen in years. And while the location was in the middle of nowhere, the chance to visit friends is always worth the trip. What is there to do in Jasper? You ask. Well, not too much to ...

  • Good list. It has some of the usual that you would find in many lists, but also some other things that I think would be uniquely your own. That makes for a good mix overall. I know I got some good ideas for my own.
  • Thanks, there's nothing wrong with stealing some other great ideas but you have to put your own twist on them as well. I see quite a few posts on Do Something Cool are things on my list while others should be on my list @(^_^)@

Awesome bucket list. I've seen several of these list items reoccuring on other travel bloggers lists. I'm sure that I too will have some in common on my own list (unwritten).

Funny that I have so much in common with a traveling Monkey?
  • Thanks, I really need to get back to work on this so I can check some off, unfortunately many require travel that I haven't saved up for yet. Hehe and it's OK to have so much in common with this traveling monkey, because that just makes up both pretty awesome. :-)
  • Here is a great site to create and share your bucket list.

  • Tango in Argentina! Yes, I just did that after 10 years of tango at home, in January of 2010 and it was fantastic. I did blog about it (of course I did! :)) but really, what a list! Way to go!
  • I really want to visit Argentina, I was so close to a trip when I was living in Rio but never made it. Although I've heard about a Tango class nearby so I can practice for when I do go.
  • wow

    that's a long list!!!
